Planned production capacity of close to 0.5 Mio pcs/day. State of the art facility with is 100% CNC Machines. We have Capacity from 0.16 mm to 8 mm diameter on CNC machines. Our business model is based exclusively on developing customized springs to meet the specific requirements of our customers. From complete design of the spring to post-manufacture processes including stress-relieving, pre-setting, grinding, shot panning; we have in-house technology and expertise for each stage. The entire facility is flexible enough to handle batches ranging from a few springs to bulk production, in any standard spring material. By bringing all aspects of spring production under our control, we are able to ensure quality and timely delivery. In fact, to reduce product development lead times, we even have our own in-house tool-making facility.
